I've compiled a list of key resources when considering buying or selling residential property in our region. These resources include information on government housing, Federal Government housing (CHMC), Home buying guides, community info resources and schools I think will be helpful as you set out to buy or sell a home. The links at the top of this are Federal, Provincial, regional and then community level. I have tried to include information on most of the communities in the region however not every single community is covered.
These city and district websites will give access to all types of community services and property related info. The School district websites are for the Public School system. I have added the website portal for the Federation of Independent School Associations for BC which covers schools outside of the Public School system.
